Mt. Olympus in Wisconsin Dells is hiring a Front Desk Manager!
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Front Desk Manager supports the Hotel Management Team and is responsible for ensuring superior customer service for our guests. As a Front Desk Manager, you will oversee our front desk staff. Primary responsibilities include resolving guest complaints, handling credit card and cash transactions, maintaining department approved quality assurance programs, monitoring room occupancy and availability, and monitoring systems that are set up within the reservations department to ensure prompt, friendly and accurate handling of phone calls and guest interactions.
*Other duties as assigned.
Front Desk Manager Requirements:
Previous supervisory/management experience
Previous Contact Center or Front Desk Experience
A professional attitude is required at all times
Open to work in a high paced environment
Exceptional oral and written communication
Must be able to handle customer complaints and concerns
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Able to multitask
Must be able to maintain and present a professional appearance at all times.
Must possess excellent time management skills and be on time for work.
Must be a team player and able to provide superior customer service.
Must have reliable transportation and able to work weekends and Holidays
