I understand that the misrepresentation or omission of facts called for is cause for dismissal at any time without any previous notice. I expressly authorize Mt. Olympus Enterprises Inc. and Resorts LLC, and Top Secret LLC, without reservation, the employer, it’s representatives, employees or agents to contact and obtain information from all references, employers, public agencies, licensing authorities and educational institutes and to otherwise verify the accuracy of all the information, provided by me on this application, resume or job interview. I hereby waive any and all rights and claims I may have regarding the employer, agents, employees, or other representatives seeking, gathering and using such information in the employment process for furnishing such information about me.

I understand that, in the event I am hired, Mt Olympus Enterprises Inc. and Resorts LLC may deduct up to $50 for uniform expense from my first payroll check and up to $50 from my next available check thereafter. I understand that as long as employment continues, payroll deductions for uniforms will be offered in increments. I further understand that if I quit or I am terminated for any reason, Mt Olympus Enterprises Inc. and Resorts LLC reserves the right to deduct the remaining amount due in full.
