Schedule: 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Status: Non-Exempt
Requirements: Weekends and holidays required; hours based on hotel occupancy and organizational needs
Review: 90-day performance review

Position Summary

The PM Hotel Operations Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising and working side-by-side with team members during evening and overnight operations. This position ensures daily tasks are completed efficiently, quality standards are met, and employees are supported throughout their shifts.

The Supervisor reports to the PM Hotel Operations Assistant Manager and Manager, and plays a critical role in frontline execution and team communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support frontline employees while actively working alongside them as needed
• Assist with coaching, training, and onboarding of new team members
• Help monitor and support PM operations, including:
  • Laundry
  • Runners
  • Security
  • PM Maintenance
  • General cleaning tasks
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on time
• Communicate operational needs, concerns, and issues to the Assistant Manager
• Assist with building and room inspections and address cleanliness or maintenance concerns
• Help ensure equipment, tools, and supplies are available and properly used
• Support snow removal, winterization efforts, and seasonal operational needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment for employees from diverse backgrounds

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required (hotel, maintenance, or operations experience preferred)
• Willing to train motivated candidates with relevant transferable experience
• Comfortable working closely with a diverse, international workforce, including J-1 students
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving history
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods of time
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
