I understand that the misrepresentation or omission of facts called for is cause for dismissal at any time without any previous notice. I expressly authorize Mt. Olympus Enterprises Inc. and Resorts LLC, and Top Secret LLC, without reservation, the employer, it’s representatives, employees or agents to contact and obtain information from all references, employers, public agencies, licensing authorities and educational institutes and to otherwise verify the accuracy of all the information, provided by me on this application, resume or job interview. I further understand that if I quit or I am terminated for any reason, Mt Olympus Enterprises Inc. and Resorts LLC reserves the right to deduct the remaining amount due in full.
